Refund

1.For unused products, please apply for a refund on the official website.
2.After receiving your refund request, our website will conduct a manual review (within approximately 7 business days). Once the review is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The actual date the refunded amount is credited will depend on your bank’s processing schedule. If you need to confirm the refund status urgently, please contact your card-issuing bank.
3.No returns or refunds will be accepted for products that have been redeemed or used.
4.The system does not provide an order modification function. If you wish to change the number of people, you need to cancel the ticket and place a new order.
5.Electronic tickets purchased on this website must be used within the validity period specified for each electronic ticket. No refunds will be granted after the expiration date. If the ticket is still within the validity period and you wish to request a refund, please follow the refund application process outlined below on the website.

  1. Log in and go to the "Member Center"; if you placed the order without logging in, please select "Guest Orders."
  2. Go to the "My Orders" page.
  3. Find the order for which you wish to apply for a refund.
  4. Click the "Request Refund" button to complete the refund app
